Helpful navigation tips for our site: REFRESH: We update frequently so be sure to refresh your browser to see any changes. TIME STAMP: On the upper left there is usually a date and time showing when the page was created or updated. CHECK BOTTOM OF PAGE: If you see a recent date, that indicates something new is on the page and often it will be added to the BOTTOM OF THE PAGE. (that's because it is much easier to simply add it to the bottom as compared to moving dozens of photos and text boxes to make room at the top of a page). ENLARGE PHOTOS: Almost all photos will expand when you click on them. Those that have a plus sign when you hover your cursor over the photo can be enlarged even further. YELLOW LINKS: Links are almost always in YELLOW unless I just happen to miss doing that. Otherwise they will be the standard blue color. SITE MAP: It's your friend! I've been adding pages to this site for years and it has become a monster. But, it is a manageable monster. It's easy to get lost and confused and the site map will likely help you find your way back home. Look for site map links on the upper right of most pages. I've also added it to most navigation bars as well as the 'go to' drop-down menu. "GO TO": Almost every page has a 'go to' drop down menu with a link to home, the site map, and most of my other presences on the web such as ebay, flickr, twitter, zazzle, etc. |

The show changed locations in 2017. Instead of being in front of the fire station it is now on top of the hill beside the old location. Here is a picture from the top of the hill showing the "Majestic View" that the access road gets its name from. |
Our booth is located on the second row of tents when you come up the hill from the road on the Fire Dept. side. If you enter from the far side by the Chevrolet dealership we are the next to last row. We are the third space in the second row (the first dealer has a double space so we are actually the second Dealer in the row) We have tables covered with rocks and buckets of rocks in front of our two tents. This is lapidary material for cabbing or carving, obsidian for flint knapping and rocks for display such as large petrified wood. Our booth with the buckets is partly shown in the photo below in the lower left hand corner of the photo. We have a 20' x 40' space with two 10 x 20 tents and the rest of the space has outside tables , buckets, and piles of rocks. Inside the tents we have lots of mineral specimens such as Jackson's Crossroads amethyst, Hiddenite crystals from Hiddenite and lots of minerals and crystals from the estates of longtime collectors. This year we will have lots of radioactive minerals from world-wide locales as well as torbernite from right there in Spruce Pine! |
Shown below is the rainbow leading directly to the pot of gold in my tent! |

I'm not able to bring every type of mineral that I have for sale but I do take requests! We do a lot of digging in places as far away as Africa as well as lots of US locations. Be sure to explore this website to see the adventures and digging trips that we go on. SITEMAP |
